1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in “The Betway Sports Welcome Offer” offered by Betway. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
2. The Betway Sports Welcome Offer gives customers a 100% first deposit match up to R1,000 credited as a Extra Bet.
3. In order to participate, the customer must be over the age of 18.
4. The offer is only valid for new Betway customers.
5. The Sports Welcome Offer can only be claimed once per new customer.
6. The customer must pass FICA verification through Betway’s automatic verification tool at the time of registration. Should the automatic verification fail, Betway will request FICA documents and only once the customer’s FICA documentation has been verified will the Welcome Offer be awarded to the customer.
7. In order to qualify for the Betway Sports Welcome Offer, new customers must make a deposit and place bets equal to 3x (three times) the value of their first deposit at odds of 3.0 or more. For example:
   • A new customer registers a new account and deposits R100
   • The customer then places bets to the value of R300 (3x the initial deposit of R100) at odds of 3.0 or greater.
   • Once complete, the customer receives a R100 Extra Bet
8. The Sports Welcome Offer Extra Bet will only be awarded once the qualification criteria has been met.
9. Customers have 30 days from first registration to meet the minimum qualification criteria.
10. The Sports Welcome Offer Extra Bet will be capped at R1,000.
11. Qualification of the Sports Welcome Offer is entirely at the discretion of Betway.

13. The Sports Welcome Bonus doesn’t have any hidden requirements. Customers who place bets using their Sports Welcome Bonus will receive any and all winnings (minus the initial stake) and that amount will reflect in their cash balance – ready for another bet or to be withdrawn upon meeting withdrawal requirements.
14. These terms and conditions govern your participation in any “Extra Bet” or “Welcome Offer” promotions offered by Betway. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in such promotions and you should not accept any Extra Bet offered by us.

1. Betway Account: This is the account that you registered with Betway. This account will consist of both your Cash balance and your Extra Bet balance.
2. Extra Bet: Betway runs various promotions which may offer “Extra Bets.” Any Extra Bet that you qualify for will be added to your Extra Bet balance, and can be used to place wagers.
3. Cash: This balance is the cash in your Betway Account, and can be used to place wagers.

1. All Extra Bets can only be used to place wagers on sports events, and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged. Any available Extra Bet balance cannot be withdrawn.
2. Betway’s general Terms and Conditions shall apply to all interactions with Betway, and must be read in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Extra Bet Terms and Conditions and Betway’s general Terms and Conditions, Betway’s general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. A Extra Bet is available for a maximum of 180 days from the date that the Extra Bet was credited to your Betway Account. If not used, your Extra Bet will automatically expire after 180 days and will be removed from your Betway Account (unless specified otherwise in specific promotional terms).
4. Any Extra Bet balance must be used in its entirety as a single bet. This single bet can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet.
5. Should the Extra Bet be placed on a selection that is later voided, the original Extra Bet wagered amount will be returned to the your Betway Account.
6. The Extra Bet is non-refundable and the Extra Bet wagered amount is not included in any winnings. Only the winnings will be paid to your Betway Account. For example: If you place a winning bet using your Extra Bet of R100, with odds of 2.0, the potential return would be R300 (R200 winnings plus your R100 stake returned), however since the R100 stake wagered is a Extra Bet credited to your Betway Account, only the winnings of R200 will be added to your Betway Account.
7. The maximum return on any Extra Bet is R5,000.00.
8. If you make a withdrawal, any Extra Bet balance you have available will be forfeited.
9. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Using a combination of bets which include both the Extra Bet and Cash on the same event to place equal, zero or low margin or hedge bets, shall all be considered irregular gaming for Extra Bet requirement purposes. In the interests of fair gaming, should Betway deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
10. Every Betway customer participating in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
11. Suspicious and/or fraudulent activity will be reported to the Financial Intelligence Centre for criminal investigation/s to proceed.
12. Your total account balance consists of a Cash balance and a Extra Bet balance. Withdrawals cannot be made from the Extra Bet balance, but the Extra Bet balance can be used to place wagers.
13. This offer is only available to accounts opened after [insert date].
14. Players who registered prior to [insert date] will be bound to the preceding Sports Welcome Offer terms and conditions.
15. Betway reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without cause or notice.
16. Betway reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions at any time and without cause or notice.

2. Boosted winnings apply to cash wagers on pre-game selections only
3. The Win Boost is calculated on multiple bets with two or more selections.
4. The boost starts from 2.5% (for two events) and it increases as you add more selections to the betslip, up to 300%. The more selections you add to your betslip, the bigger your Win Boost.
5. Minimum odds of 1.2 are required for each leg in the Multi Bet betslip.
6. Only legs with qualifying minimum odds will be counted towards the boost tiers. Non-qualifying legs will not be counted.
7. Upon settlement, boosted winnings will be credited to your account as cash.
8. Total return (potential return + win boost) on winning bets cannot exceed a maximum of R1 million.
9. Single Bets as well as Outright and Tournament bets are not eligible for boosted winnings.
10. Any betting markets that can either result in the customer having their stake returned or generate a partial win are excluded from boost winnings e.g. Draw No Bet.
11. If selections are cancelled or voided, only the remaining qualifying selections will be eligible for the Win Boost. The remaining selection must meet the minimum odds and number of bets required to be awarded a Win Boost. The actual boost awarded can therefore be different to the boost amount stated in the original betslip.
12. Win Boosts are automatically shown in your betslip, if you do not see a Win Boost, then you do not qualify. No manual adding of boosts will be done.
13. Should you take an early cash out option on your betslip, your Win Boost will be forfeited.
14. We reserve the right to monitor all customer activity for cheating, irregular play and bad faith. All such activity is prohibited and may result in the immediate dismissal from any promotion.

1. Build a Bet is only available on soccer matches.
2. Build a Bet is only available on pre-match selections.
3. Build a Bet betslips are not eligible for Cash Out.
4. Build a Bet can only be placed as a single bet and cannot be combined with other outcomes to form a Multi Bet.
5. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 selections from a single match can be combined to Build a Bet.
6. In the event that a selection within a Build a Bet betslip is cancelled or voided, the entire Build a Bet betslip will be cancelled/voided. For example, if a First Goalscorer pick does not take part in the match, the entire bet will be cancelled, regardless of the outcome of the other selections.
7. All selections in the Build a Bet betslip are required to win in order for the bet to win.
8. Betway will not be responsible if the Build a Bet feature is not available for technical reasons.
9. Betway reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Build a Bet bet if the bet, or a selection within the bet, is settled in error
10. A valid Betway account is required to participate.
11. Build a Bet is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either South African citizens or permanently reside in South Africa.
12. Betway may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Betway to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
13. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
14. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
15. Betway reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the Build a Bet feature, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
16. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
17. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves. These Terms and Conditions override any advertising collateral or material in the event of any conflict.

3. Multi Bet betslips with 6-10 bets with odds of at least 1.5 per bet will qualify and Multi Bet betslips with 11+ bets with odds of at least 1.3 per bet will qualify. Not all bets in the betslip need to meet the minimum odds requirements, however, only bets that meet the requirements will qualify.
4. Extra Bets will not qualify.
5. Stake refunds will be credited as cash.
6. The refund is only valid if your Multi Bet loses by one bet.
7. All pre-match, live and outright bets will qualify.
8. Any betting markets that can either result in the customer having their stake returned or generate a partial win will be considered a winning bet e.g. Draw No Bet.
9. Any betting market that results in a partial win will be considered a winning bet.
10. If a match is cancelled, postponed or voided it will not contribute to the number of bets in the betslip, but will not disqualify the betslip entirely. If the number of qualifying bets in the betslip drops below six, the betslip no longer qualifies for a refund.
11. Bets that are Cashed Out do not qualify for the refund.
12. Irregular play at Betway will be cause for an instant dismissal from any Promotion.
